Ronald took me to a popular Korean-Chinese BBQ skewers restaurant. Small, yet clean. Two rows of booths line the interior. Each booth came with a grill in the middle.

Since we ordered a few items to grill, the table top fire pit was a really cool sight.

Kimchi infused cucumbers started off our palates. Seasoned well, the crispy cukes were tasty with a cold beer and bbq meat.

See, this is where my issue lies. The plate of lamb skewers didn’t come out as raw meat. Not sure if Ronald asked them for cooked meat on purpose because it didn’t taste fresh. I had to send it back in case it was old lamb meat already cooked on skewers. On other blobs that I’ve read, the meats come out raw. Even the shrimps came out cooked. See below.

There is a cumin spice seasoning mix that accompanies the bbq where you can sprinkle it on the meat. The service was wonderful. They can speak both mandarin and korean. I will have to go back and try this place again. Rave reviews don’t necessarily give you a steps first time experience. Re-post soon to come.
