One of the top ramen places in NYC. A definite must try for ramen.

The bowl comes with a scoop of Koji Miso and ground pork mixture sitting on top of semi wavy noodles in an original Paitan (白湯) soup. The broth is distinctive because of its white milky color. It’s made from lightly blanching pork bones that have been vigorously boiled for several hours. I love how there is a seasoned hard boiled egg, scallion, bean sprouts, onion and char siu pork. I added corn for extra texture :D Besides the ridiculously long wait, this hole in the wall seats about 15. The max is a table of 4 and there are only 2 of those. I know it’s a long line of people waiting, but I dislike how the staff had to shoo people out for a quick table turn.
